Breda is committed to the governance of LWCET, having worked in three Trust schools in her early career. Breda started her teaching career at St Thomas More Catholic Primary School and subsequently then worked in both St Peters Infants (as was) and St Gregory the Great Catholic Primary School.

Subsequently, Breda worked in Catholic schools in Oxfordshire in a variety of roles, including headteacher, executive headteacher and CEO of a multi academy trust. Breda has been fortunate to work with outstanding practitioners who have supported her own journey in developing her own leadership skills and deepening her understanding of what constitutes outstanding teaching and learning. Breda gained valuable experience working alongside the Prince’s Trust, supporting colleagues across England in using Action Research to improve outcomes for children. Breda is passionate about supporting children, families, staff and the wider community to establish a positive learning environment in where children can flourish and be the best they can be.

Breda currently lives in Gloucester with her husband. She has three children, all of which attended Catholic schools in the Little Way Catholic Trust.
