Chair of Trustees

As Chair of the Trust, Andy Pyne draws on over a decade of strategic leadership across government, defence, and the private sector. Andy currently plays a key role in a cyber security company, overseeing business development, marketing, bids, and account management. Andy has led the expansion and growth of the company which has resulted in its acquisition by Europe’s largest Google partner. Andy has also led significant government engagement in multi-million pound cross-organisational cyber security matters and
contributed to both national and defence cyber strategies.

Andy has a decade of service in the Royal Army Medical Corps, with deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and Kenya. These experiences have informed his approach to managing complex situations, clarifying vision, and mobilising diverse teams to deliver transformational outcomes.

As Chair of the Trust, Andy is committed to delivering the Bishop’s vision for Trust growth, focusing on robust governance, financial resilience, and meaningful community impact to ensure the Trust’s long-term success.

Away from work, Andy is a devoted husband and father of three—each enrolled in Trust schools—and an avid fan of golf, Formula 1, and Tottenham Hotspur football club.
