
Flo Clucas

Flo Clucas is a Cheltenham councillor, having been elected in 2014. Flo spent 26 years as a councillor in Liverpool, where she was responsible for a range of areas including European funding and has been actively involved in the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts since its inception and was Chair for nine years.
A teacher by profession Flo has also worked in a range of areas including as a dental nurse, civil servant, part-time journalist, and teacher in primary, secondary and higher education. She was a Visiting Fellow at the Hesseltine Institute of the University of Liverpool for a number of years. She was awarded an OBE in 2005 for services to the community and an Italian knighthood (Order of the Star of Italian Solidarity/Order of the Star of Italy) in 2009 for her work in bringing communities together.
Flo is married to John and they have two sons and four grandchildren
